Which phones does it run on?
iOS and Android. Any reasonably recent handset with a camera will do — the camera is used for scanning and condition photos.
Do my staff need separate licences?
No. The app is included in your plan and uses the same user accounts, with the same permissions you set on the dashboard.
Can I scan with a hardware scanner instead?
Yes, Bluetooth scanners work with both the app and the dashboard if you prefer a dedicated gun at the counter.
