Rental software for scaffolding hire

Built for kit that goes out by the lorry load

Scaffold is not hired one item at a time, and software that assumes otherwise makes the yard miserable.

  • Kits as one bookable unit

Build the set the way you actually load it, standards, ledgers, boards and fittings, and book the kit instead of fifty separate lines.

  • Long hires stay open

Extend a hire in place as the programme slips. A six-week job that runs six months is one record, not eleven.

  • What is out, and where

Every open hire shows the customer, the site and the kit still with them. Nobody has to ring the yard to find out.

  • Deposits and shortages

Count the kit back in, record what is missing or bent, and deduct it from the deposit with the reason attached.

  • Running balance per customer

Take payments as the job runs and see what a contractor still owes before the next load leaves the yard.

  • Handovers from the phone

The crew on site scans the load, photographs it, gets the signature and closes the drop from the app.

Long projects

A hire that runs for months is still one hire

Scaffolding money is made on time, and time is what nobody records properly. When a hire is extended in place, the start date, the rate and the running total stay honest even after the programme slips twice. The calendar shows what has been out longest and who has not paid for it yet.

  • Extend without closing and re-keying
  • One record from erect to strike
  • Running balance per customer
  • Long-running and overdue hires visible at a glance

Counting it back

The kit comes back light. It always does.

Fittings vanish, boards get borrowed by the next trade, and by the time the yard notices, nobody can say which job it went out on. Checking the return against what actually went out turns "we are short again" into a line on a specific hire with a specific customer.

  • Return checked against the kit that went out
  • Shortages and damage recorded on the hire
  • Deducted from the deposit with the reason attached
  • History per customer, so the repeat offenders are obvious

Frequently asked questions

Can I hire by the metre or by quantity?

You set up the kit the way you load the lorry and book that kit as one unit. Most yards find this maps to real jobs better than counting individual tubes on a screen, and the return is checked against the same list.

What if a job needs more kit halfway through?

Add to the existing hire rather than opening a second one. The site keeps one record, one contract and one running balance, and the extra load is on the same agreement.

Do you produce the hire agreement?

Yes, from your own template. It fills itself from the booking and is signed on screen or printed for the site office.

Can I see what is out right now, by site?

Yes. The dashboard lists open hires with the customer, the site and the kit, across every depot. It is the quickest answer to the question of where your gear actually is.

What does it cost?

Start is $8 a month on annual billing, Business is $20 and Pro is $35. The trial is seven days with everything switched on and no card.
